根据分销协议，瑞恩授予南京格格象自明年1月1日至12月31日期间于中国江苏省分销瑞恩一系列光学镜片产品的独家牌照，并可选择进一步续期三年。此外，南京格格象已获授于瑞恩授权的省份分销该等产品的非独家牌照。
分销协议标志着订约方有意促进针对视障人群的光学镜片专业产品的研发并进行营销，包括但不限于双光镜片、低视能助视镜、极端度数/高棱镜定制镜片、低视能复康助视镜及医用光敏滤光镜。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
