智通财经APP获悉，据媒体报道，中国古典音乐平台库客音乐(KUKE.US)于2018年与拿索斯(Naxos)唱片签订了一份为期八年的协议，使其可以访问大量古典音乐唱片目录。然而，拿索斯称，库客在2021年底停止支付该协议项下的款项，并拖欠近200万美元，现已提起诉讼。
据悉，在向田纳西州法院提起的诉讼中，拿索斯解释说，2018年，拿索斯与库客签订了一份为期八年的数字发行协议，该协议允许这家中国公司“访问某些纳克索斯数字音乐服务和内容”，并允许其在中国境内提供和发行由拿索斯集团发行和发行的唱片。随后，库客将与拿索斯分享其在中国活动所产生的收入。一开始一切顺利，库客按照数字发行协议的要求每月付款，直至2021年11月。后来，库客开始拖欠协议规定的款项。
诉讼称，截至上周，根据数字发行协议和/或付款计划协议，库客尚未支付自2021年12月1日以来拖欠拿索斯的绝大部分款项。目前的债务为1855493.8925美元。
