天津银行将出资5亿投资捷信消金
财中社12月20日电天津银行（01578）发布公告，宣布与多家公司签订协议，将出资5亿元投资捷信消金。此次投资涉及的公司包括广州晶东贸易有限公司、网银在线（北京）商务服务有限公司、中国对外经济贸易信托有限公司、天津经济技术开发区国有资产经营有限公司、Home Credit N.V. 及捷信消金。投资捷信消金根据上市规则计算的最高适用百分比率超出5%但低于25%，构成须予披露的交易。
通过先减资，后引进战略投资者增资等股权重组方式，将捷信消金的注册资本将从70亿元调整至50亿元。减资程序为捷信消金注册资本减少。本行的出资5亿元，在股权重组后的消金公司中出资比例为10%。重组完成前，捷信消金将妥善清偿、重组或处理其所有融资性负债、关联方负债及经营性负债。董事会认为，此次投资将有助于拓展普惠金融客户群，增强普惠金融发展能力，符合本行及股东的整体利益。
