消息面上，大山教育发布公告，于2024年11月14日，该公司全资附属公司与光之神科技集团有限公司(“光之神”)签订合作协议，据此，集团与光之神成立项目公司，致力于开发基于人工智能技术为核心，以真人与其数字人相结合的混合社交项目。项目公司拟发展及使用全球首个人工智能多模态社交网络平台名为“ViVi.AI”，汇聚了全球优秀的人工智能、Web3.0和社交平台运营人才。
公司董事认为该业务将为集团的业务发展注入新的活力。项目公司的名称暂定为智遇人工智能社交网络国际有限公司，其预估注册股本为3000万港元，其中集团将出资1530万港元，占总股本的51%，光之神将出资1470万元港元，占总股本的49%。考虑到人工智能及其相关领域的优势，公司董事会认为订立合作协议将使集团把握潜在的商机及投资机会，并符合公司及股东的整体利益。
