据市场消息报道，12月10日，华电国际成功发行首单央企储架权益类REITs，新乡项目发行规模18.52亿元，优先级票面利率2.2%，创权益类REITs票面利率历史最低，预计可降低资产负债率约0.8个百分点。华电国际创新类REITs项目发行模式，以储架方式向交易所申报发行资格，取得上交所无意见审查过会，成为央企首个取得储架资格的发行人，获批储架规模130亿元。
