智通财经APP讯，九州通(600998.SH)发布公告，因医药仓储物流Pre-REITs项目发行的需要，公司全资孙公司上海骏英达、浙江九州通及重庆九州通拟分别向上海和稳、杭州和隽及重庆和昱转让其持有的上海通达、杭州卓英堂及重庆首瑞100%股权。本次交易标的公司上海通达、杭州卓英堂及重庆首瑞分别持有公司Pre-REITs项目首期入池资产，即位于上海、杭州及重庆的三处医药仓储物流资产及配套设施，合计总建筑面积约为24万平方米。
