智通财经APP讯，中国金石(01380)公布，公司建议按于记录日期每持有两股现有股份可获发1股供股股份的基准以每股供股股份0.20港元的认购价发行(i)约1.275亿股供股股份(倘获悉数认购，并假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)或1.324亿股供股股份(倘获悉数认购，并假设除已归属购股权获悉数行使外，于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)，最多筹集所得款项总额约2550万港元或约2650万港元。供股仅供合资格股东参与，不会向不合资格股东提呈。认购价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.167港元溢价约19.76%。
供股净筹约2400万港元(倘获悉数认购，并假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)或约为2500万港元(倘获悉数认购，并假设除已归属购股权获悉数行使外，于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)。公司拟将供股所得款项净额中约1700万港元用作集团的一般营运资金及约700万港元用于投资潜在商机。
