Dec 18 (Reuters) - Australia's Vulcan Energy VUL.AX said on Wednesday it has secured a 879 million euros ($921.90 million) conditional debt commitment from Export Finance Australia and commercial banks to fund its Phase One Lionheart Project in Germany.
