　　槟杰科达（01665）复牌高开，股价现涨16.25%，现报0.93港元，成交额817.56万港元。

　　槟杰科达及要约人Puga Holdings Limited、Pentamaster Corporation Berhad联合公布，于2024年12月19日，联合要约人与该公司订立实施协议，据此，联合要约人要求董事会向计划股份持有人提呈该建议，以建议根据公司法第86条以计划安排方式将公司私有化。每股计划股份注销价0.93港元，较最后交易日的收市价每股0.8港元溢价16.3%。

　　根据该建议，公司亦将宣派特别股息0.07港元。因此，倘该计划根据其条款及条件具有约束力并生效，于记录日期名列公司股东名册的计划股东将根据该建议收取每股计划股份合共1.00港元的现金。
