智通财经APP讯，猫屎咖啡控股(01869)发布公告，公司全资附属公司江苏猫鼬(作为受让人)与东台资规局(作为转让人)于2024年8月5日就收购事项订立国有土地使用权出让合同，代价为人民币579.02万元。
据悉，该土地位于中国江苏省东台市沿海经济区迎宾大道东侧、海旺路南侧的一幅土地(地块编号为2024(工)11号及总占地面积约为26319平方米)。
公告称，该土地邻近集团中国总部。董事认为，从战略上而言，将猫屎咖啡生产基地兴建于该土地上可使集团通过促进生产基地与中国总部之间的快速沟通，因而可迅速作出决策(尤其是与生产基地营运有关的决策)，从而提升营运效率。
