Lincotrade and Associates (SGX:BFT) established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Lincotrade Capital, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The subsidiary's principal activity is investment holding and has an issued and paid-up capital of SG$100 comprising 100 ordinary shares.
