近期，星展证券股权转让事项已完成工商变更登记，新加坡星展银行持股比例升至91%，国资股东上海东浩兰生投资管理有限公司、上海汇旸资产经营有限公司分别持股4.5%。

7月19日，上海联合产权交易所曾披露两则股权转让信息，星展证券4家国资股东拟转让所持星展证券合计40%股权。具体来看，上海东浩兰生投资管理有限公司拟转让所持星展证券20.17%的股权，转让底价为4.15亿元。上海黄浦投资控股（集团）有限公司、上海汇旸资产经营有限公司、上海黄浦引导资金股权投资有限公司拟共同转让所持星展证券19.83%的股权，转让底价为4.08亿元。
