智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)早盘跌近6%，月内累计跌幅已超15%。截至发稿，跌4.14%，报10.66港元，成交额2324.48万港元。
消息面上，维他奶此前公布中期业绩，公司收益为34.43亿港元，同比增长1.54%；毛利为17.77亿港元，同比增长3.82%；公司股东应占期内盈利为1.71亿港元，同比增长4.82%；基本每股盈利为15.9港仙，拟派中期息每股4.0港仙。里昂指出，由于目前估值偏高，维持维他奶国际“持有”评级，目标价则由6.9港元上调至9.6港元。该行认为，维他奶的利润率回升是未来中期盈利增长的主要动力。
值得注意的是，10月以来，信和置业主席黄志祥胞弟黄志达持续通过旗下杨协成及家族办公室增持维他奶国际，持股比例已增至12.26%，成为维他奶第二大股东。在此期间，维他奶国际股价最大累计涨幅达到175%。而维他奶执行主席罗友礼在中期业绩会上多次拒绝评论对方增持事件，直言不清楚杨协成入股来意。他同时指出，集团经常接到多方公司和机构合作发展业务的邀请，会积极乐意考虑“在商业上合理的”邀约。
