智通财经APP获悉，西门子(SIEGY.US)计划在未来几个月出售价值25亿欧元(约合26亿美元)的西门子能源(SMNEY.US)股份，为其以100亿美元收购软件制造商Altair Engineering提供资金。
据悉，西门子目前拥有西门子能源17%的股份。西门子首席财务官Ralf Thomas表示，西门子计划在明年9月底前剥离约6%的股份。Ralf Thomas补充称，西门子最终将出售其所持有的所有西门子能源的股份，但并不着急。他表示：“现在把所有这些股份抛掉是不明智的。我们已经建立了一些机制，非常谨慎地处理西门子能源的股价走势。”
Ralf Thomas今年早些时候还表示，西门子愿意出售其所持西门子医疗工程公司约75%股份中的5%，根据目前的市场价格，出售这部分股份将筹集约30亿欧元。
西门子能源股价周三因西门子的股份出售计划而回吐涨幅。今年迄今为止，西门子能源的股价已上涨了两倍多，因为市场乐观地认为该公司有望解决其Gamesa风力涡轮机部门长期存在的问题。该公司还在上月上调了中期目标，原因是为电力紧缺的数据中心供应产品的需求不断增加。
西门子在10月宣布收购Altair时表示，计划通过出售上市实体的股票、以及最近出售其Innomotics重型电机业务(以35亿欧元出售)的收益，为这笔交易提供资金。Ralf Thomas表示，在通过出售Innomotics和西门子能源股份等交易获得收益后，可能只有一小部分资金需要通过发行债券来获得。
