JE Cleantech Holdings (JCSE) said Tuesday that its JCS-Echigo unit signed a deal to sell a leasehold industrial property in Singapore to a third-party buyer for about SG$7.4 million ($5.5 million).
The cleaning equipment supplier expects the deal to close by June 30, subject to certain conditions.
JE Cleantech shares were down more than 8% in recent trading.
