同源康医药-B(02410.HK) 公布，中国证监会本月18日已就H股全流通向该公司发出备案通知书。据悉，有关该公司25名股东持有1.73亿股非上市股份转换为H股的H股全流通中国证监会备案已告完成。于完成有关转换及联交所授予上市批准后，该等1.73亿股H股将于联交所主板上市及买卖。备案通知书将自中国证监会核准之日起12个月内有效。
