智通财经APP获悉，中煤能源(01898)跌逾5%，截至发稿，跌5.01%，报9.1港元，成交额1.46亿港元。
消息面上，12月17日，国务院国资委印发《关于改进和加强中央企业控股上市公司市值管理工作的若干意见》(简称《意见》)，明确了央企市值管理目标和方向，并提出从并购重组、股票回购增持等六方面改进和加强市值管理工作。公司市净率(PB)为较低的央企煤炭龙头，中煤能源相关人士对此回应，《意见》里提出的要求更加明确，对公司而言是利好，公司将研究并参照政策要求，进一步优化市值管理工作。
中信证券指出，《意见》的多方面施策将使煤炭板块受益，传统央企煤炭龙头、基本面料将稳健增长的煤企以及破净煤企均有望受益。花旗预计，国资委将鼓励更多国企通过回购、提高派息等方式提升股东价值。中煤能源具有股息上升的潜力。花旗还预计国资委将推动更多并购活动。
