　　根据其中一份大华银行融资协议，大华银行同意向借款人提供本金总额最多达港币7000万元的贸易融资及循环商业贷款融资。

　　根据另一份大华银行融资协议，大华银行同意向借款人提供一笔最多港币2.3亿元的定期贷款融资。
