智通财经APP获悉，周三，中国保险服务提供商益盛鑫科技(YSXT.US)登陆美股市场，截至发稿，该股涨15%，报4.6美元。IPO定价为每股4美元。截至2023财年，益盛鑫科技已与41家保险公司、14家专业保险中介机构和50多家社会机构建立了战略合作关系。其服务涵盖车辆安全检查、风险筛查、代驾救援和车辆维护等多个方面，主要面向企业客户，特别是保险公司和经纪公司。
益盛鑫科技在2023财年实现收入约3.58亿元人民币，净利润约3600万元人民币。其中，汽车保险售后增值服务占总收入的86.2%。值得注意的是，公司业务主要集中在广东和新疆两个市场，2023财年约85.9%的收入来自广东。
