消息面上，MONGOL MINING发布公告，2024年12月11日，公司及Mongolian Mining Corporation Pte. Ltd，公司的全资附属公司及一家根据新加坡法律注册成立的有限公司(“买方”)，与独立第三方及根据蒙古国法律注册成立的有限责任公司Talst Investment LLC(“卖方”)订立证券购买协议。
根据证券购买协议，买方已有条件同意购买而卖方已有条件同意出售Universal Copper LLC(“目标公司”，一间根据蒙古国法律注册成立并存续的有限责任公司)已发行及流通股本的50.5%，总现金代价为2050万美元。
