智通财经APP获悉，光伏股早盘普跌，截至发稿，信义能源(03868)跌3.61%，报0.8港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)跌2.63%，报11.84港元；新特能源(01799)跌2.31%，报7.61港元；信义光能(00968)跌1.89%，报3.12港元。
消息面上，12月9日，光伏史上最大规模光伏组件、逆变器集采正式开标，本次项目招标由中国电建发起，包括光伏组件、逆变器招标规模各51GW。此次共58家光伏组件企业参与投标，其中有20家报价低于0.68元/W，未遵循行业自律要求的最低限价。此后，12月17日，新疆电力巴州发电公司国能巴州抽水蓄能项目配套博湖县60万千瓦光伏项目光伏组件设备采购项目，进行了招标中标候选人公示。在此次招采信息中明确设置了0.6313元/瓦的最高投标限价。
此外，12月5日，由中国光伏行业协会、宜宾市人民政府共同主办的“2024光伏行业年度大会”召开。高盛发布研报称，光伏行业年度大会呼吁加强控产，预计到2025年周期性谷底将结束，主材板块价格潜在反弹5%-10%。该行认为，减产的后续执行将是未来几个月的关注重点，这可能加速从亏损(2024年预期)向盈亏平衡(预计2025年底)的供需再平衡进程。
