消息面上，中国中车发布公告，为创新投资模式，推进“产”“研”有效融合，建立科技成果转化合作新机制，加快培育战略新兴产业，该公司全资子公司中车资本管理有限公司(以下简称“中车资本”)以自有或自筹资金认购中科科技成果转化创业投资基金(广东)合伙企业(有限合伙)的合伙份额。
该基金总认缴出资额预计为300300万元人民币(具体以最终实际募集的资金金额为准)，公司全资子公司中车资本作为该基金有限合伙人认缴出资额为30000万元人民币。
