Dec 19 (Reuters) - Australian miner Paladin Energy said on Thursday it had received clearance under the Investment Canada Act, the final greenlight it needed to go ahead with the takeover of Fission Uranium Corp in a C$1.14 billion ($789.09 million) deal.
