智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，该公司的全资子公司金风国际控股(香港)有限公司(以下简称“金风国际”)全资子公司 Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd(以下简称“金风澳洲”)和 Goldwind Queensland Constructions Pty Ltd(以下简称“金风昆士兰”)与澳大利亚能源投资公司 Wind Acquisition 4 Pty Ltd 的全资子公司 Isaac Wind and Solar Energy Pty Ltd (以下简称“IWSE”)及其关联公司共同签署《风电场项目二期协议》(以下简称“二期协议”)，IWSE 同意拟由金风昆士兰提供风机的供货、安装和维护服务，并向金风昆士兰支付风电场项目预付款 3000万澳元。如该预付款在规定时间内未用于该风电场项目，将用于未来公司与 Wind Acquisition 4 Pty Ltd 的控股子公司之间的其他合作。如果金风澳洲或金风昆士兰违反《二期协议》项下的履约义务，则 IWSE 可以向上述任一主体要求进行金额合计不超过3000万澳元的索赔。
金风科技与 IWSE 签署《母公司担保协议》，为金风澳洲与金风昆士兰在上述《二期协议》项下的履约及违约赔偿责任提供担保，担保金额为3000万澳元，折合人民币约13555.8万元，担保期限自本次担保协议签署之日起至合同义务履约完成之日止。
