12月20日上午，小菜园国际控股有限公司（以下简称“小菜园”）正式在港交所挂牌上市，股票代码0999.HK。“小菜园”也是铜陵市首家正式登陆港交所的企业。

“小菜园”本次公开发行股份数量1.01亿股，募集资金主要用于门店网络扩张、供应链物流管理体系提升、智能设备和数字化管理提升等方面。

“小菜园”品牌创立于2013年，致力于将自身打造成为老百姓的“家庭厨房”，在短短十余年时间里迅速崛起壮大，成为国内快速发展的大众便民中式餐饮知名品牌。截至2024年12月，“小菜园”在国内14个省级行政区的146个市县拥有663家直营门店，旗下有“小菜园”“观邸”“复兴楼”“菜手”等品牌。2023年，“小菜园”单店日均堂食顾客量达301.2人，整体人均客单价为65.2元，整体翻台率为3.4。2023年10月，“小菜园”开始探索社区餐饮业务并推出子品牌“菜手”。此外，“小菜园”还启动了新零售业务，售卖优质健康食材产品。

“小菜园”是铜陵市今年第二家上市企业。上市后，铜陵市上市公司数量增至13家，位居全省第4位。
