飞天云动股东汪磊、李艳浩签署终止一致行动协议
财中社12月18日电飞天云动（06610）发布公告，宣布终止一致行动人士协议。该协议最初于2021年12月13日由汪磊和李艳浩签署，旨在确保两位股东在北京掌中飞天科技及其相关公司的事务中保持一致行动。然而，因李艳浩希望将更多时间投入其他事务，自2024年11月3日起辞任公司执行董事，导致双方于2024年12月18日签署终止协议，自同日生效。
根据公告，终止协议的签署符合公司的长远发展策略及优化决策程序。终止后，汪磊和李艳浩不再有责任在公司董事会或股东大会上进行一致投票，且在彼此的股份权益中不再被视为拥有权利。
