昭衍新药调整募集资金用途
财中社12月20日电昭衍新药（603127/06127）发布公告，建议进一步更改募集资金的净额用途。公告提到，截至2024年11月30日，公司已动用约27.13亿元的募集资金净额，剩余未动用金额为25.72亿元。公司董事会考虑到近期的业务环境和发展，决定重新分配剩余未动用资金的用途，以提高资金使用效率。
具体调整包括：将美国Biomere项目的时间调整至2028年12月，因其建设周期较长；同时，考虑到国内外生物医药行业的低迷，公司将广州和重庆项目的时间分别调整至2027年12月和2028年12月，并将重庆项目的部分资金3.99亿元重新分配用于潜在收购项目。此外，临床业务项目剩余资金2.31亿元也将用于潜在收购项目。此次调整旨在更合理地利用财务资源，抓住业务机会，符合公司及股东的利益。
2024年前三季度，昭衍新药实现收入13.35亿元，归母净利润-7031万元。
