美联储局一如预期减息四分一厘，至4.25%至4.5%的目标区间，但预期2025年只会减息两次，少于上次议息会议预测的四次减息，美股道指及纳指隔晚(18日)各下滑2.6%及3.6%。港股今早(19日)向下，恒指低开254点或1.3%，报19,610点；国指低开89点或1.3%，报7,091点；恒生科技指数低开75点或1.7%，报4,393点。
金融股方面，汇控(00005.HK) 低开1.3%报74.05元，港交所(00388.HK) 及友邦(01299.HK) 低开1.7%及2.1%。新地(00016.HK) 走低1.4%，领展(00823.HK) 下滑3%报32.3元。
科技股方面，阿里-W(09988.HK) 及小米-W(01810.HK) 各高开1.6%及1.9%，腾讯(00700.HK) 及快手-W(01024.HK) 低开0.9%及1.3%，京东-SW(09618.HK) 及哔哩哔哩-W(09626.HK) 低开1.5%及2.5%，美团-W(03690.HK) 下滑1.7%，百度-SW(09888.HK) 低开1.7%。
车股方面，比亚迪(01211.HK) 及理想-W(02015.HK) 各低开1.3%及1.5%，小鹏-W(09868.HK) 走低近3%。龙湖(00960.HK) 走低2.9%，药明康德(02359.HK) 及药明生物(02269.HK) 均跌近2.8%，万洲(00288.HK) 走低2.7%。翰森制药(03692.HK) 高开2.3%。
协鑫科技(03800.HK) 拟配股净筹约15.3亿元，今早低开近5%报1.15元。
