12月18日金融一线消息，郑州银行发布2024年第二次临时股东大会决议公告称，此次股东大会存在变更以往股东大会已通过的决议的情况：该行2023年度股东周年大会审议通过了《关于聘请郑州银行股份有限公司2024年度外部审计机构的议案》，续聘安永华明会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）及安永会计师事务所分别为该行2024年度的境内、境外审计机构。此次股东大会审议通过了《关于变更郑州银行股份有限公司外部审计机构的议案》，聘任信永中和会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）及信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司分别为该行2024年度的境内、境外审计机构。
