智通财经APP讯，中国太平(00966)发布公告，王思东先生(王先生)因年龄原因，辞任本公司董事长、执行董事、提名薪酬委员会成员及战略与投资委员会主席，由2024年12月18日起生效。
王先生担任本公司董事长期间，恪尽职守，勤勉尽责，务实稳健，攻坚克难，践行“央企情怀、客户至上、创新引领、价值导向”战略要求，以“躬身入局、热爱太平、实事求是、担当作为”为工作遵循，带领全体太平员工守正创新、奋力拼搏，积极服务实体经济，积极支持香港国际金融中心建设，推动集团高质量发展战略取得重要进展和成效，夯实了发展根基，开创了中国太平高质量发展新局面，本公司仅此向王先生表示衷心感谢。
董事会亦宣布尹兆君先生(尹先生)，现任本公司副董事长、执行董事及总经理，获委任为本公司董事长、提名薪酬委员会成员及调任本公司战略与投资委员会主席，并不再担任本公司副董事长及总经理，由2024年12月18日起生效。
