智通财经APP讯，重庆银行(01963)发布公告，该行于2024年12月20日举行第七届董事会第一次会议，选举执行董事杨秀明为第七届董事会董事长，选举非执行董事黄汉兴为第七届董事会副董事长，任期均与第七届董事会一致。
于同日，经董事长杨秀明提名及该行董事会提名委员会审议通过，董事会亦决议聘任高嵩为该行行长，其任期至第七届董事会届满为止。
因执行董事黄华盛、非执行董事周强的董事任期已届满，彼等不再担任该行董事，黄华盛亦不再担任该行授权代表。
为畅通沟通渠道，执行董事高嵩获委任为该行授权代表，自本公告之日起生效。于本公告日期，该行授权代表为杨秀明及高嵩。
