智通财经APP讯，太兴集团(06811)发布公告，公司可根据公司股东于2024年5月17日举行的公司股东周年大会上授予的购回授权，根据市况不时于公开市场购回股份，以使用最多3000万港元的资金购回公司已发行普通股。根据股份购回授权，公司获准购回的股份上限为1.005亿股，占2024年股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数的10%。建议股份购回将以公司的内部资源拨付。
董事会相信，建议股份购回可展示公司对其业务的长远前景充满信心，且最终会为公司带来裨益及为公司股东创造价值，因此符合公司及其股东整体最佳利益。董事会认为，公司现有财务资源足以支持股份购回同时维持稳健的财务状况，以继续发展公司的业务。董事会将继续关注市况，并将适时于公开市场回购股份。
