智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，于2024年12月18日，公司接获传票，传召公司于2024年12月20日上午10时30分出席香港高等法院聆讯，该聆讯乃有关两名声称为公司股东的人士(声称合共持有公司全部已发行股本约1.148%)(作为原告人)申请向公司(作为被告人)发出强制令，寻求限制公司召开股东特别大会及╱或就董事会提呈的决议案及请求人提呈的决议案进行投票。关于申请的理由，原告人于申请中指称，倘董事会提呈的决议案及请求人提呈的决议案均获通过，(i) 公司将违反其组织章程细则及上市规则有关董事会组成的规定，及(ii)公司的营运将陷入瘫痪。
公司正寻求法律意见，并将适时采取必要行动，以保障公司及其股东的整体利益。
