据报道，韩国对巴克莱和花旗的裸卖空行为处以罚款，加大对此类非法交易行为的打击力度。

　　报道称，巴克莱和花旗分别被韩国证券和期货委员会（SFC）罚款137亿韩元（950万美元）和47亿韩元。

　　巴克莱表示正在考虑做出回应，将继续致力于保持最高标准的专业操守以及维护市场的有序和透明运作。花旗和SFC没有立即回应置评请求。
