智通财经APP讯，丰盛控股(00607)发布公告，于2024年12月18日，Five Seasons XIX接获Sparrow Early Learning的书面通知，Five Seasons XIX将会出售而Sparrow Early Learning将按每股股份价格约0.8542澳元回购585.35万股批次股份(第一批次出售事项)。批次股份的总现金代价(批次代价)为500万澳元。截至本公布日期，批次完成的所有先决条件均已获达成，批次完成已于同日进行。
于批次完成后，集团将持有Sparrow Early Learning约19.29%股权，而Sparrow Early Learning 将于批次完成后继续入账列为集团于一间联营公司的投资。Sparrow Early Learning可能会向 Five Seasons XIX发出另一份书面通知，于购买期内回购余下销售股份(即1815.98万销售股份)(余下批次出售事项)。
