中远海发发布2.17亿股限售股于12月24日上市流通
财中社12月18日电中远海发（601866/02866）发布关于发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易部分限售股上市流通的公告。根据公告，本次非公开发行股份的上市流通股数为2.17亿股，上市流通日期定于2024年12月24日。此次股份是公司向中远海运投资控股有限公司发行的股份，用于购买相关资产并募集配套资金。
公告中提到，经过中国证监会的核准，公司向中远海运投资发行了14.48亿股股份购买资产，并向中国海运等8名投资者发行了5.3亿股股份以募集配套资金。此次股份的上市流通将使公司总股本增加至135.76亿股，其中中国海运持有限售股2.17亿股，占公司总股本的1.6%。
2024年前三季度，中远海发实现收入198.72亿元，归母净利润13.81亿元。
