科伦博泰生物完成新内资股认购，总股本增至2.27亿股
财中社12月18日电科伦博泰生物-B（06990）发布公告，宣布已完成根据特别授权认购新内资股的事项。根据公告，认购事项的所有条件已获达成，已接获中国证券登记结算有限责任公司出具的股份登记证明，确认442万股新内资股已入账，向认购人发行。此次完成后，公司股份总数增加至2.27亿股。
公告中还披露了公司股权结构的变动情况。认购事项完成前后，主要股东的股份比例有所调整。认购人持股比例增至52.79%，而其他股东的持股比例则有所下降。同时，经过股东大会批准，公司章程也进行了修订，注册资本由2.23亿元增加至2.27亿元，股份总数从2.23亿股调整为2.27亿股，反映了此次认购事项带来的变化。修订后的公司章程将自认购事项完成日起生效，并会在公司官网及香港联合交易所网站上公布。
