新地(00016.HK) 旗下沙田新城市广场今年踏入40周年，商场于12月份的周未会举办多场冷烟火音乐表演，亦有区内学生及团体的咏唱诗歌表演、圣诞老人Meets & Greets以及年尾的大型除夕倒数嘉年华及派对活动以迎接2025年。通过连绵不绝的节目以营造欢乐气氛，以提振消费，带动商户生意增长。在多重推广策略下，12月商场整体人流及消费额料较去年同期有双位数字升幅，当中以餐饮、珠宝钟表、美妆及时装配饰最为受惠。
