智通财经APP获悉，微创机器人-B(02252)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.31%，报10.78港元，成交额2.11亿港元。
消息面上，中国政府采购网日前发布复旦大学附属中山医院等5家医院集中采购冠状动脉介入手术控制系统中标结果公告，R-One成功中标，单台1520万元，总价7600万元。据悉，R-ONE是上海微创和法国Robocath S.A.S联合在华成立的合资公司知脉引进的血管介入手术机器人。微创机器人此前于中期绩报中披露，通过国际合作于泛血管领域布局的R-ONE血管介入机器人自2023年12月NMPA获批后加速开展入院推广，已积累多台销售订单，并于报告期内实现中国市场的首两台商业化装机。
此外，微创机器人此前宣布拟配售3470万股。配售事项已于2024年12月10日完成。配售所得款项净额约2.66亿港元，70%用于本集团核心业务的发展，包括就产品表现提升及优化升级进行研发以及集团产品海内外商业化；30%用于补充营运资金及一般公司用途。
