智通财经APP获悉，电力股午前涨幅扩大，截至发稿，华电国际(01071)涨4.53%，报3.92港元；龙源电力(00916)涨4.01%，报7港元；华润电力(00836)涨2.39%，报19.68港元；中国电力(02380)涨2.61%，报3.14港元；华能国际(00902)涨1.39%，报4.37港元。
消息面上，12月17日，国务院国资委发布了《关于改进和加强中央企业控股上市公司市值管理工作的若干意见》。中信建投指出，从具体工具来看，并购重组作为本轮央企开展价值创造的主工具，政策利好不断涌现，意在促进企业发展实现新质生产力；回购增持工具则作为支持股价的快速反应工具，建立常态化运用机制；分红工具作为基础工具进行投资者预期管理；分拆上市作为补充工具，政策窗口有望逐渐打开。
长江证券指出，煤炭价格再创年内新低，继续强调火电配置价值。此外，截至12月13日，10年期国债到期收益率进一步回落至1.78%，再创年内新低。而且长江电力更是上市以来首次进行中期利润分配。该行强调，考虑到后续的财政和货币政策预期，利率中枢的下行通道或将延续，以水核为代表红利资产在权益市场上行情表现的回归只是时间问题，坚定看好水核长期稳健的投资价值。
