格隆汇12月18日｜12月17日，阿斯利康宣布任命半导体公司Arm首席执行官雷内·哈斯(Rene Haas)为阿斯利康非执行董事，作为阿斯利康董事会改组的一部分。哈斯将于2025年1月1日正式加入公司董事会，也成为首位加盟阿斯利康的半导体行业高管。阿斯利康董事长米歇尔·德马雷(Michel Demaré)表示，哈斯凭借在微处理器、半导体和软件工程行业的多年经验，对数据科学、计算和人工智能等技术有着深入广泛的了解。另一位被任命的非执行董事是瑞士听力医疗公司Sonova的首席财务官Birgit Conix，她将于明年2月1日加入阿斯利康董事会。
