据知情人士透露，黑石集团收购了冲绳岛的一家丽思卡尔顿酒店，并且正在收购岛上的另一家酒店，交易总值约为200亿日元（1.3亿美元）。

　　这家美国另类资产管理公司买下了拥有97间客房的丽思卡尔顿，卖家是非上市公司金秀控股，后者在这个日本最南端的县拥有广泛的产业。因事未公开而要求匿名的知情人士称，这项交易将包括金秀喜濑海滩宫殿酒店以及翻修资金。

　　这项交易是在日元疲软推动了日本旅游热潮之际达成的。今年1-10月，日本接待了逾3，000万入境游客，已经打破了年度人次的纪录。这引起了对日本酒店的商业和投资兴趣，使其成为今年亚洲最受欢迎的房地产资产之一。

　　亚热带气候和海滩众多，使得冲绳成为了日本国内和亚洲各地游客钟爱的度假胜地。根据当地政府的数据，今年4-10月期间约有886，700名游客到访冲绳，同比增长12.5%。

　　MSCI Real Assets的数据显示，2024年上半年日本酒店交易规模达到7，670亿日元，同比增长46%，而且是至少十年来的最高水平。

　　黑石今年在日本也空前活跃，在该国的房地产和私募股权业务交易额达到约77亿美元。该公司上周表示，其斥资约4，000亿日元，从西武控股手中买下了东京市中心的一个商业综合体。
