港铁(00066.HK) 东涌东站第一期物业发展项目将于今日(18日)下午2时截收标书。截至中午12时，现场收到2份标书。该项目去年末季曾招标，但“零入标”流标收场，今年底拆细后重新推出市场。
东涌东站项目位于兴建中的东涌东站对面，现时港铁将项目“拆细”分期发展，并重新推出。项目早前有多间发展商递交意向书，包括新地(00016.HK) 、恒地(00012.HK) 、会德丰地产、俊和发展、建灏地产、远东发展(00035.HK) 、信置(00083.HK) 、英皇国际(00163.HK) 、华懋等。
项目第一期位于项目的东南部分，最高可建住宅楼面面积约32万平方呎，料提供600伙，与去年首次推出时比较，住宅面积大减53%，亦剔除商场发展部分。项目综合市场估值约3.2亿至4.8亿，每平方呎估值约1,000至1,500元。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-17 16:25。)
