【拖欠赔偿款？公募前高管起诉公司】金十数据12月18日讯，上海市高级人民法院网日前新增一起劳动合同纠纷案。该案件案号为“（2024）沪0115民初102646号”，原告为刘冬，被告方为瑞达基金管理有限公司，上海市浦东新区人民法院预定于2025年1月14日开庭审理。一位接近瑞达基金的知情人士张某对记者透露，原告刘冬曾为瑞达基金的首席信息官（CIO），后担任瑞达基金上海分公司负责人。信息显示，此次案件的案由为“劳动合同纠纷”。“大概率是合约到期了，公司选择不再续约，但赔偿金也没有给到位。”张某透露，“刘冬在职时就对公司颇有微辞了。”“刘冬此前在长安基金工作，到瑞达基金工作听说是因为公司当时的领导许诺了他首席信息官的职务。但刘冬来后，发现他的履历不符合相关规定，所以没有当成。作为补偿，瑞达基金给了他上海分公司负责人的职务。”另一位接近瑞达基金的业内人士王某向记者透露。
