迈富时拟以每股110港元配售最多100万股新股
财中社12月18日电迈富时（02556）发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订配售协议，计划以每股110港元的价格配售最多100万股新股份。该配售价格较2024年12月17日收市价110.5港元折让约0.45%，并较过去五个交易日的平均收市价124.74港元折让约11.82%。此次配售股份占本公司现有已发行股本的约0.43%，预计将由不少于六名独立第三方专业投资者认购。
配售所得款项总额将约为1.1亿港元，净额将约为1.095亿港元。筹集的资金将用于营销和销售领域AI大模型技术的研发及运营资金。配售的完成需满足若干先决条件，包括香港联交所上市委员会的批准。董事会认为，此次配售将有助于增强公司的财务状况并支持其扩张及增长计划。
