金吾财讯 | 国泰君安发研指，雷鸟创新由TCL电子(01070)孵化，公司核心团队来自TCL、大疆、Meta、字节跳动，创新优势明显。经多轮融资，预计TCL电子持股比例约为11.5%。2024年8月29日，雷鸟创新与博士眼镜宣布成立合资公司，两家公司将共同开发新一代AI智能交互眼镜。雷鸟创新和博士眼镜在资本、技术、市场渠道、品牌等方面进行深度整合，实现了资源共享和优势互补。该行指，当前主流智能眼镜产品可简单分为AR系和AI系。AI加持下，智能眼镜除了交互方式多元外，更增加了通用问题解决器功能，基于大语言模型构建学习、推理、决策和执行能力，在娱乐工具基础上更成为生产力工具，作为一体式可穿戴设备实现了耳机、手表、地图、眼镜、太阳镜、AIAgent等多功能集成，实现功能“1=N”。该行表示，雷鸟创新背靠大厂，具备创新优势，已发布多款AI眼镜产品，在国内市场份额领先；同时与博士眼镜合作，打通AI眼镜零售的最后一公里。考虑到TCL电子整体进入盈利修复通道，同时预计公司持股11.5%的雷鸟创新，其AI眼镜业务市场份额领先，有望充分受益AI产业爆发，该行给予公司25年12xPE，维持24-26年盈利预测，预计2024-2026年，EPS分别为0.56/0.68/0.76港元，同比+90%/+21%/+13%。维持“增持”评级，维持目标价8.16港元。
