荷兰国际集团分析师Francesco Pesole表示，由于短期隔夜指数掉期（OIS）利率较高，美元继续逆势上涨。

　　Pesole表示，市场普遍预计美联储将本周降息25个基点，但这可能表明美联储未来将谨慎降息，正如市场所预期的那样。

　　Pesole表示，除非美联储透露出比市场定价包含的更多降息信号，否则，目前2年期美元隔夜指数掉期利率约为4.0%，应该防止美元在通常疲软的月份大幅下跌。

　　DXY美元指数上涨0.1%，至107.007点。
