指尖悦动董事会主席兼首席执行官刘杰辞任
财中社12月17日电指尖悦动（06860）发布公告，宣布执行董事、董事会主席兼首席执行官刘杰因其他业务承担，故辞任，辞任自2024年12月16日起生效。刘杰在辞任时确认与董事会没有意见分歧，且无其他事宜需通知公司股东及香港联合交易所有限公司。
刘杰辞任后，李妮妮被任命为提名委员会主席，接替刘杰的职务。公司目前正在寻找合适的人选来填补董事会主席兼首席执行官的空缺，并将在适当时机发布进一步公告。
