智通财经APP讯，德林控股(01709)公布，于2024年12月17日(交易时段后)，DL Digital Family Office (Cayman) (该公司的全资附属公司)与Qraft Technologies订立认购协议，内容有关DL Digital Family Office (Cayman)建议向Qraft Technologies发行及配发认购股份，总认购价为300万美元，将以Qraft Technologies根据合作协议向DL Digital Family Office (Cayman)(或其联属人士)提供服务及技术的非现金出资方式结算。
据悉，Qraft Technologies为总部设于首尔的金融科技领先企业，专门运用人工智能技术革新传统投资管理，为资产及财富管理人提供更便捷及更高效的投资管理。Qraft Technologies开发及经营基于深度学习的算法，可产生具有创造超额收益潜力的投资组合权重信号。继于2022年取得SoftBank Group Corp.的1.46亿美元投资后，Qraft Technologies已透过其于纽约证交所上市的交易所买卖基金，展示其专有人工智能引擎的表现。
董事会认为订立认购协议将为订约方提供商业框架，以促进订约方之间的合作。该项合作将使公司受惠于Qraft Technologies的先进研发能力。此举将大幅提升 DLiFO开发专有人工智能模型的能力，而Qraft Technologies将担任联合领导人及项目管理顾问。Qraft Technologies将根据DLiFO的特定需求量身打造其人工智能技术，旨在提升DLiFO的营运效率，并向潜在客户提供创新的人工智能投资策略。
