智通财经APP讯，成志控股(01741)发布公告，预计集团于截至2024年9月30日止年度将取得亏损净额不超过约1200万港元，而截至2023年9月30日止年度则取得亏损净额约260万港元。
公告称，预计亏损净额增加乃主要由于(i)收益及毛利减少，原因为截至2024年9月30日止年度因市况严峻及竞争激烈而承接价值及毛利率较低的项目;及(ii)物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产的减值亏损。有关亏损净额增加部分被已终止经营业务的溢利所抵销，该等溢利乃由于出售从事健康管理及咨询业务的附属公司的收益所致。
